1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos as proof.
Non-Delivery: If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, contact us for assistance.
Wrong Item Shipped: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will arrange a replacement or refund (if the correct item is unavailable).
Non-Refundable Items
Due to their spiritual and energized nature, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless proven defective:
Rudraksha Malas & Beads (unless damaged)
Energized Yantras & Idols
Customized or Pooja Items
Mala Kits & Consecrated Items
2. Refund Process
Step 1: Contact Customer Support
Email us at support@auricsaga.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
Order number
Photos/videos of the issue (for damaged/defective items)
Reason for refund request
Step 2: Verification & Approval
Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.
If approved, we will provide return instructions (if applicable).
Step 3: Refund Method & Timeframe
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (customer must provide bank details).
3. Conditions for Refusal of Refund
We reserve the right to decline refund requests if:
The request is made after 48 hours of delivery.
The product has been used, altered, or mishandled.
No valid proof (images/videos) is provided for damaged/defective claims.
The item falls under the non-refundable category (unless proven defective).
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if not yet shipped.
For cancellations after dispatch, a partial refund (excluding shipping charges) may apply.
